For New Emirates ID: 

• Applicant Passport
• Entry permit or Residence Visa
• Personal photo with white background (digital or clear physical copy)
• Sponsor's Emirates ID and Passport
• Sponsor's family book (may be required in some cases)
• Work contract (Maid's from typing office)
• Medical Fitness

For Renewal of your Emirates ID: 

• Applicant Passport
• Applicant Emirates ID
• Personal photo with white background (digital or clear physical copy)
• Sponsor's Emirates ID and Passport
