Documents Required

Please make note of the documents you need to bring along for your residency visa medical screening: 

For New Visas: 

• Original entry permit or copy of e-visa 
• Original passport 
• Original or copy of insurance card / medical card or insurance receipt if the visa is issued from UAE Emirates other than Abu Dhabi 
• Previous vaccination record (if applicable)
  • Vaccination records from outside the UAE require attestations from relevant authorities.

For Renewal of Visas: 

• Original or copy of passport 
• Original or copy of visa 
• Original Emirates ID 
• Original or copy of insurance card / medical card or insurance receipt if the visa is issued from UAE Emirates other than Abu Dhabi 
• Previous vaccination record (if applicable)
  • Vaccination records from outside the UAE require attestations from relevant authorities.
