Dr. Andrew Jeremijenko is an Occupational and Environmental medicine specialist and has a Masters of Applied Epidemiology and Masters of Health Administration. He has been appointed the Medical Director at Capital Health Screening Centre.
Prior to joining CHSC, he was the Group Medical Director of AspenMedical, Australia and before that, he was a senior consultant in Occupational Medicine for Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar. He has more than 50 publications in prestigious scientific journals.
Dr. Jeremijenko worked as an occupational physician dealing with work injuries for over 13 years at the Mater Private Hospital in Brisbane. He is an expert in Telemedicine and founded TeleDr in 2008 and provided telemedicine services to the oil and gas sector for over a decade. He has held multiple other positions including:

He has treated victims of the Boxing Day tsunami, earthquakes, industrial accidents and, terrorism-related bombings.
His vision is to improve occupational health and wellness for all workers in the UAE and ensure the new standards and legislation are understood and implemented.
His research has shown improving Health & Safety compliance and culture reduces work-related injuries, saves money, and is associated with improved productivity and employee well-being.
