Aisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Human Capital from the University of Abu Dhabi & High Diploma in Computer Programming from HCT. She brings with her, an extensive and solid experience of 19+ years in Human Capital with a number of reputable companies such as Etisalat, EAI Investments Group, Municipality, and ICLDC leading her to her current role as a Human Capital Manager at Capital Health Screening Centre (CHSC).
At Capital Health Screening Centre, Aisha plays a key role in the senior management team, working closely with the Leadership to advise, guide, and execute Human Capital strategy in line with the company’s goals. Under Aisha’s leadership, the Human Capital department at CHSC manages employee relations; plans and implements Human Capital policies, programs, and practices; ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work with a motive of enhancing employee productivity through training, learning and development.
Additionally, Aisha is instrumental in achieving CHSC’s goal of Emiratization as per Mubadala Health’s Vision 2023 to strategically plan and promote Emiratization to a level that matches the desired ambitions of the Mubadala group.
